KARA's Jiyoung is shining in blonde!
On December 14, KARA's Jiyoung shared a photo of her on her instagram account and wrote, "Went blonde!!!". Attaching a close up selca revealing her new hairstyle. However, because of the photo effect, her new hair color wasn't clearly transparent.
PSY finishes recording for his new song,'Comeback is near'
On December 13th, YG Entertainment revealed that PSY finished recording for his new song a few days ago and he is currently in the process of filming his music video. And just like his previous releases "Gangnam Style" and "Gentleman", PSY plans to continue introducing several songs afterwards.
Last year "Gangnam Style" became a world-wide craze as the music video exceeded 1.800.000.000 views which brought PSY the status "World Star". His later release "Gentleman" also became a big hit as the music video has over 600.000.000 views. He is receiving much attention and expectation whether he will live up to the success of his previous releases or not.
In addition, PSY will be having concerts from December 21 - 25 in Seoul Gymnastics Stadium.
Rain starts filming for two comeback MVs + releases trailer for upcoming reality show, “Rain Effect”
Earlier today, Mnet uploaded the trailer to their official homepage teasing fans of exclusive footage from the said comeback show, which was initially announced at the “2013 Mnet Asian Music Awards” in Hong Kong.
This will be the first time that Rain will be engaging in a large-scale promotional activities since enlisting in the military two years ago. According to the agency, the show allows fans to have a glimpse of Rain’s preparations for his upcoming album release, along with a glimpse of Rain’s private life as a normal individual.
Meanwhile, Rain is currently busy preparing for his comeback activities as stated by his agency, Cube DC. According to the agency, Rain started filming for his two music videos yesterday and is scheduled to be finished by the 13th. The music videos were directed by Lumpens, who is also known for directing Cho Yongpil’s “Hello” music video.
Rain’s reality program “Rain Effect” will start airing on December 19th, 10 PM (KST) on Mnet. Meanwhile, he is scheduled to release his new album on January 6th. Aside from preparing for his new album and comeback activities, Rain is also busy preparing for his role on the Hollywood Film, “The Prince.”

2PM's Taecyeon to enlist in the military as an active duty soldier
On December 12th, JYP Entertainment revealed that they have received the judgement for Taecyeon’s enlistment, after going through a thorough physical examination. This was the second time that Taecyeon applied for a physical examination after getting exempted back in 2008, due to his herniated intervertebral disc.
Back in 2010, Taecyeon garnered interest from the public after giving up his American citizenship to serve in the military.
JYP Entertainment previously reported that Taecyeon is scheduled to enlist in the military, with an official date yet to be determined.
Duke's Kim Jihoon found dead due to possible suicide
On December 12th, GF Entertainment’s representatives met with the media for a statement regarding the singer's sudden death. According to the agency, Kim Jihoon was found dead in his hotel room earlier today, with suicide due to depression being a likely cause. Currently, the police is investigating the actual cause of death.
Kim Jihoon made his debut back in 1994 as part of the group, Two Two and released two albums. By 2000, Kim Jihoon garnered much attention when he formed the group Duke, together with Kim Sukmin.
A funeral service for Kim Jihoon is currently being held at the Samsung Seoul Hospital Funeral Home.

U-KISS has been visiting Malaysia annually for the past few years and 2014 will not be an exception. The members have just revealed to be part of the artist line-up along with other international and local stars at the PLANET EUPE MUSIC FEST 2014 which is happening on the 1st of March 2014 at The Carnivall, Cinta Sayang Resort, Kedah (not Kuala Lumpur this time, where the artists usually visit).
U-KISS will be sharing the stage with Taiwanese artists, Wang Lee Hom and Jeannie Hsieh, and our own in-house artists, Yuna, Orange, Najwa Latif, Da.Mons.ter, KahJun(凌加峻) and Mint G.

Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung chosen as MC for 2013 Women in Film Awards

Wonder Girls’ Sohee has not renewed her contract with JYP
On Wednesday, JYP Entertainment released an official statement that Sohee did not renew her contract as a member of Wonder Girls and wishes to pursue her acting career. This particular announcement is causing quite a stir among K-pop fans, especially the fans of the group a.k.a. the Wonderfuls.
However, it has not yet been announced whether Sohee will stay with JYP Entertainment as an actress or choose another agency, though it was reported that the idol had a meeting with some other entertainment agencies.
Fellow Wonder Girls’ members Ye-Eun, Sunye and Yubin have renewed their contracts and will remain with the group.

Preview photos of her pictorial were uploaded online and fans who saw this couldn’t hide their excitement. Dressed in a white floral lace dress, Taeyeon captivated her fans with her innocent yet elegant charms. The flower props accentuated Taeyeon’s prominent features. She informed fans that this particular issue will be available in Thailand, Korea and China through her instagram account.
